SHIPPING AND RETURNS

PROCESSING TIME

Thank you for your interest in MDK handmade jewellery. I keep only a limited stock and all of my rings are made to order, ensuring that each piece is unique and special just for you!

 

Please be aware that my processing time for made to order items is currently up to 4 weeks . This includes the time it takes to create your piece, package it safely and ship it to you.

 

I understand that you may have a specific date in mind for your purchase, please contact me, so I can see what is possible.

 

Ready to ship items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

 

If paying by invoice please note that items will not be processed until payment has been received.

UK SHIPPING

Your parcel will be sent to you via a tracked Royal Mail service at a flat rate of £6. When your jewellery is dispatched you will receive tracking information and your order will arrive in one day.

WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS

Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays and on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I currently only ship within the UK.

HOW TO REDEEM eGIFT CARD

You’ll receive an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from Michael Jones" (with the relevant name), and your unique gift card code. To redeem the card, head over to MDK Jewellery site and choose what you want to purchase. During payment, select the Redeem a gift card option and enter your unique gift card code. If the price of the sale is worth more than the value of the card, you can pay for the remaining cost using your regular payment methods.

RETURNS

I hope that you will love the item you have purchased. If you wish to return anything, please contact me within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods along with the order number. All pieces must be returned in an original packaging and in a new and unworn condition. All refunds exclude postage costs. 

 

I will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply. Any enquiries sent on a Sunday or public holiday will be responded to the following business day.

 

 The following products are not eligible for return: 

  • items made to order that are the wrong size or are unwanted gifts;

  • earrings due to hygiene reasons unless there is a fault;

  • bespoke and personalised pieces unless there is a fault;

  • any in-store sale items; 

  • items purchased as part of a promotional offer;

 

Refunds can take three to 10 business days to reach your account.

 

Normal wear and tear on a jewellery item is not considered a fault. 

 

Returns are the customers responsibility until they reach MDK Jewellery. Please send your item using a trackable method of delivery.

EXCHANGES

When I receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from MDK Jewellery, I will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If I am unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to MDK Jewellery. I will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for returning shipment of the product to me.

 

Returns are the customer's responsibility until they reach MDK Jewellery. Please send your item using a trackable method of delivery.

LATE OR LOST DELIVERIES

Royal Mail classes items as lost 20 working days after the dispatch. I cannot refund or replace lost items before this time.
